Holy crap! Just met Jon Weberg, one of the “Minnesota Maniacs” in PERSON!
Jon is one half of the father – son team in Now LifeStyle (my/our health and wellness business) and is ROCKIN’ the leader boards and setting an amazing example of how to market right and how EASY it is to kick ass and take names with this done-for-you business in a box!
Jon is only 19 and is funny, articulate, polite, and wiser and more mature than most anyone of his age that I’ve met! It’s funny too- I thought I was pale being from Maine, but he got here and sat out in the sun for a minute and looked like a blazing newly minted, turbo powered neon white fluorescent light bulb out there sunning himself in his shorts! The little lizards all got excited and ran over to him because they thought he was food for some reason! I guess they must eat something white….
We are having an amazing time here in Florida and it is so invigorating to be in the presence of a fellow internet marketer. We are going to be attending the Commissions Expo in Orlando and are super pumped!

You see that’s the power of being around like minded individuals. For example, you may remember when I wrote and shot video about those lizards I mentioned (anole lizards) in an earlier post and video. Well, if you missed it here’s the short of it:
I stepped out of my RV and saw a flurry of movement at my feet. The lizards had been sunning themselves and scattered to avoid being stepped on by my size 15’s… but the instant i hit the ground they turned and faced me and waited, one on each side of me so that i was at the center of their triangle. I froze…because I didn’t know which one or if all of them were going to scurry up my leg (they are SUPER FAST)!!!
So that is a PERFECT example of the sheer POWER of being in a group of like minded individuals!.
THAT power is what enabled three 1 oz. lizards to make a 6 foot 2, 270 pound man stop in his tracks. Because they all had a plan- they tried to flee but once I landed in the middle of them and they couldn’t flee- they turned and had a “plan” and were waiting to see what I’d do next.(yes, I know- it’s simpler than that- the fight or flight instinct is ingrained reflex in the reptile brain).
That’s why I say to always get around like minded individuals, either in person, on webinars, in book form- however you can. It actually rewires your brain and changes HOW you think as well as how you FEEL about your thoughts- both positive and negative thoughts…
All of the changes in how you process information, and how you think and how you FEEL about how you think all have a HUGE impact on you as a marketer! It can make the difference the between waking up and deciding to stay in bed and watch Netflix, or getting up and hammering out content, emails,, blog posts, and getting in touch with your subscribers!
Positive mindset is key as is having a daily “boost” both mentally and emotionally everyday by exposing yourself to the content and mindset of other successful, like minded individuals!
Get out there, get some mental -or actual- sun and feast on positive vibes from your favorite marketing role model. It will sky rocket your efficiency and success and shorten your curve to success and wealth!
