Good morning, good afternoon, or good evening!
(Depending on when you read this!)
It’s sunny and beautiful here in Florida-
as I sit here on my picnic table and am writing you….
I have a little lizard that’s perched on the edge of the
opposite side of the table looking at me- he kind of looks
indignant- probably because I am on HIS picnic table and
cutting in to his sunning himself time…Anyway…
I hope that wherever you are, you have had a
chance to sit back, take a breath, and unwind with
either a nice hot cup of Joe or a nice frosty pint!
(Depending on when you’re reading this…)
Working online and being online in general can be
overwhelming at times. Especially if you are trying to get
certain things done for your business in a timely fashion.
Life in general, and internet life in particular can be very much
of an assault to the senses. You have phone calls, texts,
Facebook alerts, Twitter IG and Pinterest and email
notifications that all pop up on your screen while you’re
working.
I totally understand how maddening it can be…. When I am
working
on content for My Now LifeStyle business or am writing an email
to send to you, I get at least 10 or 20 notices from all over the
place
mostly from social media! Not any from Gmail though because I did
exactly what I am about to show you below….
And NOTHING is more frustrating than seeing an interesting
email pop up (and if you manage to ignore it and stay on task)
then you can’t find it later in among all the other emails that
are
cluttering your inbox….
Well. I am here today to share with you how you can keep all the
various emails in your Gmail account organized and flowing
smoothly so that you don’t have to worry about them and can find
them after your work is done and the dust settles…
Here is a video below:
It will show you how to filter your Gmail account and set up
labels to shuttle mail from different people and programs into
nice tidy folders for your later viewing…
Happy watching, and have a great day!
See you later!
