Here is a quick how to video showing you how to join Skype, and setup your Skype account. 
I show you where the screen sharing function is so that when you are in contact with your mentor/ upline/ downline/ whomever regarding business. They can look over your shoulder so that they can help you or so that you can help them. I use Skype almost daily in my Now Lifestyle business. It is super easy to use- you can chat face to face, or just like a phone call with no video.
You can also share screens which I use many times a week in order to help people. Remember that some people understand how to do something by reading it. Others learn better when shown how to do a task visually.
